Had a truly amazing time at the National ANDRC show in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on April 2. This was our first National level show and we were SO happy with the results. All three rabbits that we took were bred by us. WR Huck Finn took First Place Senior Smoke Pearl Marten buck, WR Silver Tinsel took Best Opposite Sex Variety, and WR Blizzard Storm took Best of Variety, which earned him is THIRD LEG, and he is just six months old. Thank you to Judges Molly Covert and Phil Woolet for seeing the beauty in our bunnies!

Had a wonderful time at the WMRBA rabbit show in Mt. Pleasant, MI on May 28, 2016. Mallory and her rabbits did very well, with several of them winning Best of Group and Best Opposite of Group. The highlight of the day was WR Bumble winning RESERVE IN SHOW for Show A. He is truly a wonderful rabbit, and he was very responsive with Judge Kara. For Show B, Bumble earned another leg for the day by winning Best Opposite Sex Breed. Windmill Rabbits was pleased to find out that the rabbit that was Best of Breed, was out of a doe that we had sold to the little girl. So it was a proud moment all around!!
What a wonderful Saturday. We had so much fun at the Central Michigan Rabbit Breeders Association Show on April 8, 2017 in Kalamazoo. Windmill Rabbits had several rabbits place well and earn legs, but the most exciting were the two Best of Breed wins. In the first show, under Judge Molly Covert, WR Bumble was chosen, earning him his 11th leg. In the second show, under Judge Terry Fender, WR Cirrus Cloud was chosen.
Mallory had another great weekend at the Central Michigan Rabbit Breeders annual show on April 14, 2018 in Kalamazoo. Her Netherland Dwarf rabbit, Simone, took Best Opposite Sex Breed in show A, and her English Lop doe, Tulip, took Best of Breed in Show B. Back to Back Best of Breed wins for Tulip (English Lop Intermediate Doe), and another Best of Breed win for WR Bumble (Netherland Dwarf). Simone took Best Opposite Sex Breed again as well. Awesome weekend (April 28, 2018) at the Montcalm 4H Show in Greenville. |
